What’s Included in Every Visit
Core System Tune-Up
- Clean or replace air filter
- Test thermostat and system startup
- Check blower wheel, fan motors, and electrical connections
- Inspect safety controls
- Look for rust, wear, leaks, or unusual noises
Spring / Summer Visit
- Inspect outdoor unit (condenser)
- Test refrigerant levels
- Clear condensate drain line to prevent leaks or clogs
- Prep your cooling system for the hottest days
Fall / Winter Visit
- Inspect furnace burners, heat exchanger, and safety sensors
- Test for carbon monoxide leaks
- Ensure safe, efficient heating all winter long

What if I have an oil furnace or a commercial system?
We’ve got plans for that too. Just let us know what kind of system you have, and we’ll tailor a maintenance plan that fits. Our team services oil, gas, electric, and commercial systems with the same level of expert care.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not always. If we have access to your system and you’ve approved the appointment in advance, we can perform most maintenance without you there. We’ll leave a checklist of what we did and anything we recommend. If you’d rather be home, just let us know — we’re happy to work around your schedule.

How do I schedule my maintenance visit?
No need to keep track—we’ll call or text you when it’s time for your next tune-up. You can also call us anytime or use the form on this page to request a visit.
Does the plan include repairs or parts?
Your plan includes a 15% discount on repairs, but the cost of new equipment installs or upgrades is not included. We’ll always provide a quote first and explain your options.
What if I need to cancel my plan early?
We get it—life happens. If you sell your home or need to cancel early, you’ll receive a prorated refund minus any completed service visits, discounts already used, and a small $25 administrative fee. Plans can also transfer to the new homeowner—just give us a call.
