What to Expect
This is skilled trades work. Commercial and residential HVAC, architectural sheet metal, fabrication. It’s physical, technical, and it takes years to learn. We don’t hire bodies to fill a schedule. We hire people who want to get good at the trade.

The Apprenticeship Path
We work with Chemeketa Community College to bring apprentices into the trade the right way. Right now we have 9 apprentices working through the program. We pay tuition for apprentices who keep their grades up. Several of our current crew members started as apprentices here.
