The owner came in with their own VRF system already specified. When we looked at it, critical pieces were discontinued — no longer manufactured. We brought in a new engineer, sourced new equipment, and kept the project on schedule.
Multiple trades on site, occupied building. Keeping everyone coordinated meant less re-work and the job stayed on track.
