Built from the Ground Up
Santiam started in a garage with a simple idea: do honest work for the people around you, and word gets around.
What began as a heating company grew into a full HVAC and sheet metal operation with its own fabrication shop, a 40-person crew, and a reputation that reaches from Salem to Vancouver.
Some of the crew has been here twenty years. The company holds events every other month — cookouts, holiday parties, that kind of thing. When your people stick around that long, you’re doing something right.
