The Crew
Santiam isn’t a brand. It’s a crew. More than forty people who show up every day and take pride in what they build. Many of them started here as apprentices and worked their way up through the trade. Here are some of the people you’ll be working with.
Leadership
Trace Wallace
Leads sales, business development, and the relationships that keep the company growing.
Aaron Fishman
Manages operations and finance. Keeps the engine running.
Commercial HVAC
Nick Munger
Manages commercial HVAC projects from bid to closeout. If something isn't right, he makes it right.
Travis Verhines
Estimates and scopes commercial HVAC projects so the field crew starts day one with a clear plan.
Shalette Salazar
Coordinates schedules, documentation, and communication between the field, the office, and the customer. Keeps commercial projects moving.
Residential HVAC
Mike Carr
Manages every residential HVAC install — drawings, permits, equipment orders, fab orders, and crew coordination.
Pat Reagan
Advises homeowners on heating and cooling upgrades. Recommends equipment that fits the home, the budget, and the family.
Jenzen Lopez
Diagnoses and repairs residential and commercial HVAC, including refrigeration. Runs preventative maintenance so small problems don't shut a building down.
Sheet Metal
Chris Bresee
Runs sheet metal crews in the field. Trains the apprentices coming up behind him.
Jason Liane
Manages sheet metal projects from bid to install. Keeps scope, schedule, and crew aligned from start to finish.
Shawn Clack
Runs sheet metal crews in the field. Responsible for safety, quality, and getting the work done right.
Steve Vedrode
Estimates sheet metal work and manages projects to completion. Handles bids, scope, and crew coordination.
Hans Moeller
Runs Santiam's in-house fabrication shop. Builds custom ductwork, architectural sheet metal, flashing, and gutter work for every project.
Admin & Operations
Leslie Pietila
Scheduling, staffing, processes. Runs the day-to-day operations that keep everything else on track.
Jerry Porter
Manages the warehouse and gets materials where they need to be. When the field crew needs something, Jerry makes sure it's there.
Xenon Feuerstein
First point of contact for service calls. Schedules techs, communicates with customers, and keeps the service department running.
Miranda Beckler
Manages billing, accounts, and the financial side of the business. Keeps the books clean.
Join Our Crew
We don’t cut corners. We shape metal.
For over 30 years, Santiam Heating & Sheet Metal has been the go-to crew for HVAC and custom sheet metal across Oregon and Washington.
We build systems that last. Period. From commercial HVAC installs to custom-fab sheet metal and service work that keeps buildings running, we do it all under one roof—literally.
Our edge? The crew. We train, mentor, and grow the next generation of pros who take pride in their craft. Clean installs, tight lines, and a team-first mindset—that’s how we do business.
Around here, you don’t just punch a clock. You level up.
