What brands do you install?
For new furnaces, we install Coleman as our primary equipment. Goodman is our backup when needed. For repairs and maintenance, we work on all brands.
How long does a furnace last?
15 to 20 years, with regular maintenance. If yours is getting up there in age and starting to need repairs, it’s worth a conversation about replacement.
Gas or electric — which is better?
For most homes in the Valley, gas is more efficient and cheaper to run long-term. If gas isn’t available at your property, we’ll talk through the electric options and what makes sense.
How much does a new furnace cost?
It depends on the size of your home, the equipment you choose, and whether any duct work needs to be updated. We’ll give you a clear number before any work starts.
Do you do load calculations?
Yes. We size every system for the actual house. That includes a full load calculation and duct design — not a floor plan average.
Do you offer financing?
