Maintenance
Your heating and cooling system works hard. An annual tune-up catches small problems before they turn into no-heat calls in January.
Why It Matters
About 30% of the no-heat calls we get are solved by basic maintenance: a dirty filter, a clogged coil. A tune-up costs a lot less than a service call.
Most systems that fail early do so for want of basic upkeep. Dirty filters restrict airflow and make the blower motor work harder. A cracked heat exchanger can leak carbon monoxide. Refrigerant that’s low a little every year eventually means a warm house in August.
Regular maintenance keeps your system efficient. It extends equipment life. And most manufacturer warranties require documented annual service to stay valid.
We’ll tell you what we find. If something needs attention, we’ll explain what it is and what it costs. No surprises.

New Santiam Install?
We come back around within a year after installation for a complimentary checkup. Make sure everything’s running right, answer any questions. At that point you can sign up for a preventative maintenance plan.
New installations come with a 10-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty. A maintenance plan extends that labor coverage so you’re not paying out of pocket if something needs attention down the road.
