Do you work in occupied apartment buildings?
Yes. We coordinate with property managers on scheduling, notify residents, and work clean. We’re used to doing repair and replacement work while tenants are home.
Can you handle a large unit count on a new construction project?
Yes. Multi-family new construction is something we do regularly. We work from your schedule, phase the work with framing and finish, and keep the GC informed at every step.
What systems do you typically install in multi-family projects?
It depends on the project. Mini-splits, heat pumps, central DOAS systems, PTACs, in-unit furnaces and AC. We work with what the design calls for or help you figure out the right system for the building type.
Do you do the ventilation for the common areas too?
Yes. Corridors, lobbies, parking garages, laundry rooms — we handle the whole building, not just the units.
