Our Shop. Your Schedule.

Most HVAC subs outsource custom sheet metal. We don’t. Our shop in Stayton fabricates custom ductwork, architectural cladding, flashing, gutter systems, and building envelope components to the actual dimensions of the job. When field conditions don’t match the drawings, we build the new piece.

Our field crews and the shop work together directly. Problems get solved here.

What We Fabricate

Custom HVAC ductwork

Transitions, offsets, and fittings made for the actual building. Not adapted from generic stock sizes.

Architectural sheet metal

Cladding panels, column wraps, mechanical room enclosures, exterior finish work. Built to spec, finished to be seen.

Flashing and gutter systems

Every roof is different. Every gutter system is sized for the actual water volume and drainage requirements of that building.

Architectural sheet metal design

For siding, roofing, and gutter systems, we can help with the design as well as the fabrication. Both the aesthetic and the functional side — keeping water out and making it look right. Most HVAC subs can’t do either. We do both.

Signage systems and building envelope components

Finish-level work on the exterior. Tight tolerances, clean lines, built to hold up.

Why In-House Fabrication Matters

We fabricated it. We installed it. We’re accountable for both. When the schedule moves or a field dimension changes, we don’t stop the job. We build the new piece. One team, one point of contact.

Shop Work for Other Contractors

Short on shop capacity? We take outside fabrication work. Custom jobs, one-offs, specialty components. Other sheet metal contractors use us regularly. Welding available.
