Heating Work Done Right.

Winter in the Willamette Valley isn’t brutal, but it’s persistent. Cold rain that drags into February. Hard freezes that catch people off guard. A lot of homes out here were built before today’s heating options even existed. When your heat goes out, you don’t want someone guessing.

We’ve been doing this work since 1994. Our installers have been in this trade for 20, 25, even 30 years. When a repair won’t hold, they’ll say so. No runaround.

When we’re done, the house is clean and the work is right. Not because anyone’s checking. Because that’s how we do it.

Warning Signs

No heat or weak heat

Furnace not igniting or heat pump struggling to keep up — don’t wait it out.

Strange noises

Banging, rattling, or squealing means something’s wrong. Call before it gets worse.

Short cycling

System turns on and off every few minutes? That’s a problem, and it’s wearing out your equipment.

Your system is over 15 years old

Most systems run 15–20 years. If yours is getting there, let’s talk about what replacement actually costs.

Uneven heat room to room

One room’s freezing, another’s too warm? Could be ductwork, could be the system. We’ll find it.

Common Questions About Heating

How often should I have my heating system serviced?
Once a year, ideally in early fall before you need it. A tune-up lets us catch problems before the temperature drops. On most newer equipment it keeps your manufacturer warranty valid too.
Should I repair or replace my furnace?
A useful rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than half the price of a new system and your furnace is over 10–12 years old, replacement usually makes more sense. We’ll give you an honest assessment, not a sales pitch. Sometimes a repair is the right call.
Do you offer financing?
A new heating system costs real money. Ask us about current financing options when you call.
Which brands do you service?
All of them. Coleman, Carrier, Bryant, Payne, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Ruud, Amana, Daikin, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Frigidaire, Gibson, Goodman, Maytag, Weil McLain, American Standard, General, and Dynamic. If you have something unusual, call us — we’ll tell you if it’s in our wheelhouse.
What should I check before calling for a no-heat call?
A few quick things to rule out first: Is the circuit breaker tripped? Is the thermostat set to “heat” and not “cool”? Is the filter clogged — a severely dirty filter can shut a system down. If those are all fine, call us. We prioritize no-heat calls.
How often should I replace my furnace filter?
For standard 1-inch filters, once a month. For 4-inch filters, every 6–9 months. If you have pets that shed, check more often. The easiest test: pull it out and look. If it’s gray instead of white, it’s time.
Do you serve my area?
We’re based in Stayton and serve Salem, Albany, Corvallis, Silverton, Keizer, Lebanon, and communities across the mid-Willamette Valley.
