Who This Is For

Replacing old equipment

If your furnace or air conditioner is 15+ years old, constantly breaking down, or your energy bills have crept up year after year — replacement usually makes more sense than another repair. We’ll give you an honest read.

Upgrading your equipment

Heat pump replacing an old gas furnace. Central AC going in where there wasn’t one. Mini-splits for a room addition. We handle system changes of all types.

What the Process Looks Like

1. Estimate

We come out, look at your home, and give you a written quote. No guessing, no pressure. We’ll explain the options — equipment tiers, efficiency ratings, financing — so you can make an informed call.

2. Scheduling

Once you approve the quote, we schedule the install. We’ll give you a clear timeframe and show up when we say we will. A deposit secures your spot.

3. Installation day

Most residential installs are completed in one day. We pull the required permits, do the work, and clean up before we leave.

4. Walk-through

Before we go, we walk you through the new system — how to operate it, what the thermostat does, what to watch for. You shouldn’t have questions after we leave that you didn’t get to ask. Every install includes a complimentary first-year tune-up. We stand behind our work – and we’re with you long after the job’s done.

What We Install

A Few Things Worth Knowing

We size and design for the actual house

An oversized system short-cycles, wears out faster, and doesn’t dehumidify well. We do the load calculation and design the duct layout for your specific home, not a floor plan average.

We handle permits and paperwork

Required by Oregon law for most HVAC installations. We pull the permits, register the equipment, and file for any applicable rebates and tax credits.

We don't cut corners on ductwork

A new system installed on a leaky duct system won’t perform the way it should. If your ducts need attention, we’ll tell you before the install.

Common Questions About Installation

How long does an installation take?
Most residential replacements take one day. New construction or systems requiring significant ductwork modification may take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before the job starts.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
Someone needs to be available at the start and end. We’ll need access to the work area and want to walk you through the system before we leave.
How do I know what size system I need?
We figure that out for you. Bigger isn’t better in HVAC — the right size is what performs well and lasts.
What happens to my old equipment?
We remove and haul it away as part of the installation.
What warranty comes with a new install?
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and equipment line. We’ll go over the specifics with your quote. On top of that, every new install comes with a one-year labor warranty standard. If something’s not right, we make it right.
