Coordinates schedules, documentation, and communication between the field, the office, and the customer. Keeps commercial projects moving.

Manages every residential HVAC install — drawings, permits, equipment orders, fab orders, and crew coordination.

Advises homeowners on heating and cooling upgrades. Recommends equipment that fits the home, the budget, and the family.

Diagnoses and repairs residential and commercial HVAC, including refrigeration. Runs preventative maintenance so small problems don't shut a building down.

Runs Santiam's in-house fabrication shop. Builds custom ductwork, architectural sheet metal, flashing, and gutter work for every project.

Admin & Operations
