Santiam has its own fab shop. Custom offset because the structural engineer changed something? We build it. Architectural detail with tight tolerances? We build it. Field condition the drawings didn’t account for? The foreman calls the shop and we work it out.

Cladding, column wraps, enclosures, exterior finish components. Tight tolerances. Built to be seen.

Flashing and gutter systems

Sized for the roof, the pitch, and the water volume. Every job is different.

Architectural sheet metal design

For siding, roofing, and gutter systems, we can help with the design as well as the fabrication. Both the aesthetic and the functional side.

Specialty requests
